• LAGUNA TERRACE

    CONDADO, PUERTO RICO

    Interior Architecture

This San Juan apartment embraces coastal modernism with a distinctly tropical sensibility, blending Caribbean lightness with refined, livable sophistication throughout. An open-plan layout unites the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with floor-to-ceiling glass maximizing natural light and sweeping views of the lagoon and city beyond. A soft, neutral material palette — waterfall porcelain, matte wood, marble, and lacquer — is layered with warmer accents like herringbone wood-look tile, woven textiles, and caramel leather, striking a balance between minimalism and tactile luxury. Sculptural lighting and mid-century-inspired furnishings introduce moments of quiet drama, while flexible, adaptable spaces, like a reading nook and a multi-use lounge corner, respond to the rhythms of daily life and entertaining alike. Throughout, the design reflects an elegant informality, grounded in clean lines and a fluid connection to the surrounding coastal landscape.
