By enlarging an insignificant window opening, the living room is now filled with natural light through a new, larger picture window with a concrete threshold framing the garden views and providing additional seating for the living room.

Bathed in natural light, this bright and spacious new kitchen offers additional storage and more seating area for the family of five. Above the 7'-0” Neolith Island floats Vibia's Palma pendant light, a “luminous mini hanging garden” above the white-on-white kitchen.

New white marble floors throughout the house give continuity and a natural elegance.
